You Aren’t Getting Full

Rectal bleeding can be a symptom of hemorrhoids, too, leading to larger problems in your digestive tract that are just best to avoid!
Low on Energy
If you often find yourself too lethargic to get up when you wake up, and you run out of energy quickly throughout the day, there’s a chance you could be low on fiber. Another great thing the macronutrient does for the body is stabilize blood glucose levels so that you feel a steady stream of energy instead of the spikes and crashes that your blood sugar experiences when it’s only fed refined carbs. Having a high-fiber diet won’t suddenly make you high-energy, but it will moderate the lows you otherwise experience soon after meals.
