America has made wonderful progress in protecting women from abuse due to social movements like #metoo. There certainly is a lot of room for improvement, but it’s nice to know that women are being heard. Sexual abuse and domestic violence of any kind are terrible things and the fight against them is incredibly important. But there is one area that isn’t receiving the attention that it needs. What to Do

If you have male family members or friends, educate them on what domestic violence is and what to do if they experience it. Make sure that they know that they can confide in you.
